Starters

  • Bea’s homemade chicken soup, served with warm crusty granary breads.

  • Scottish smoked salmon, with chopped red onions, crème fraiche, lemon and capers.

Main Courses

  • Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak sandwich, served in toasted bread, smoked bacon, crispy red onions, santa rosa tomatoes and whole grain mustard mayonnaise.
  • Penne pasta, with a fresh tomato and basil sauce with parmesan shavings.
  • Piri-Piri chicken, served on a tossed salad of mangos, red, green and yellow bell peppers.

Desserts

  • Madagascan bourbon vanilla ice cream, with honeycomb chunks.
  • Lemon and sultana cheesecake, with a fresh seasonal berry compote.
  • A fine selection of English and French cheeses, with biscuits and toasted walnut bread.
